Enigma — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

By inviting Enigma to your Discord server or using any of its commands, dashboard, or features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

1. What Enigma Does

Enigma is a Discord moderation and utility bot offering: temporary voice channels, message/server logging, AutoMod, anti-nuke protection, welcome messages, self-roles, giveaways, ticket system, invite tracking, custom embeds, and a web dashboard.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use Enigma in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Not use Enigma to harass, spam, or harm other users or servers.
Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bot's systems, rate limits, or permissions.
Not use Enigma for any illegal activity.

Server administrators are responsible for how Enigma is configured and used in their server.

3. Data We Collect

Enigma stores only what it needs to function:

Server settings — channel IDs, role IDs, and configuration choices you set via commands or the dashboard.
Moderation records — warnings, mutes, bans, and ticket transcripts created through the bot.
Invite statistics — invite counts, join/leave records for the invite tracker.
Usage data — command usage needed for features like leaderboards and statistics.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and only used to operate the bot's features.

4. Data Removal

Server administrators may request deletion of their server's stored data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). Removing Enigma from your server stops future data collection; stored configuration can be deleted on request.

5. Availability

Enigma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the bot online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to Enigma for any server or user that violates these terms or Discord's policies, without prior notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Enigma after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Contact

For questions about these terms, data requests, or abuse reports, contact the bot owner through the support server or the dashboard.
